The Voxavia dashboard at app.voxavia.com runs entirely in your browser. Your audio recordings, session metrics, personal bests, and survey answers (VHI, GRBAS, RSI) are stored in your browser's IndexedDB. None of it is sent to a server.

The marketing site at voxavia.com only stores a single value in localStorage: your theme preference (light or dark). It uses no analytics SDK, no telemetry beacon, and no third-party tracker.

• We don't ship Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or any other analytics product.
• We don't run any first-party telemetry beacon.
• We don't have a backend that receives your audio or measurements.
• We don't sell, share, or rent any data — because we don't have any to sell.
• We don't use cookies for tracking. The only cookie-equivalent is your theme preference in localStorage.

Microphone access is requested only when you tap Start in the dashboard, satisfying the iOS user-gesture requirement. The audio stream is processed in real time on your device and never transmitted off it.

You can revoke microphone access at any time via your browser's site settings.

The dashboard provides JSON and ZIP export so you can back up or transfer your sessions. Clearing your browser's site data — or using the dashboard's reset controls — deletes your local Voxavia history immediately.

Because we don't run a server, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. The data lives where you do.

Voxavia's adult-facing surfaces are not directed at children under 13. A dedicated kid tier is on our roadmap; when it ships, it will include parental-consent flows, no social features, and COPPA-aware design from day one.

Until that surface exists, we ask that children under 13 use Voxavia only with a parent or guardian.

The marketing site sets one technical localStorage value to remember your theme preference. The dashboard uses IndexedDB for sessions and localStorage for lightweight preferences. Neither uses tracking cookies.

The marketing site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts (Urbanist) at build time. The dashboard is hosted on Vercel as well, but loads no third-party scripts. Hosting providers may collect standard server access logs that contain IP addresses; we do not aggregate or analyse those logs.

If our privacy posture ever changes — for example, if we introduce an opt-in cohort-norms contribution feature — we'll update this page and surface the change in the app before it takes effect. We won't quietly add tracking.
